The apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own separate entrance with a garden and a large terrace. The location of Apartment Tea is in the city center allows you to access all the interesting places in the city. Markets, banks and restaurants are located nearby and the Old Town of Budva is 550 meters away. Please familiarize yourself with the house rules: Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment. Extinglish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment ( air conditioning, heating, Tv, lights,..) Produce no noise after 22:00 hours ( 10:00 p.m. ) If bringing company over please do not disturb the neigbours and note if extra people are sleeping in the apartment, charges may be applicable. Take care and keep invetory of the apartment especially floor and furniture. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
